The 12-year-old singing terrorist

No, it's not the title of a new Tom Clancy novel, Adam Kutny is a Polish kid who wants to come to the U.S.--specifically, he wants to attend The Pacific Boychoir Academy--but the Department of Homeland Security said no, because the Academy, a new school, can't prove that they'll actually be teaching kids to sing.

The Academy has appealed the decision and asked for help from California Senators Boxer and Feinstein, but as the clock ticks away, so do Adam's chances.

Why? Because he's 12 years old, and his voice is going to change soon. And also: he may want to blow up the Golden Gate Bridge. One never knows, do one?
