From News You Already Knew: A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association says that it doesn’t really matter which diet you choose to lose weight, the key is finding one and sticking with it.

Doctors at Tufts-New England Medical Center studied 160 people on various diets and reports that all of them lost weight to varying degrees, but that none of the diets was any better than another diet for keeping the weight off after a year.

The key, they say, and as you well know, but why not have more studies like this anyway, is to change your lifestyle, eat less fat, exercise more and lead a generally healthier life.

Altogether now: “Duh!”
